3. Nature of Service All services, including energy readings and spiritual guidance, are delivered digitally via email or online platforms. No physical goods will be shipped. By purchasing, you understand that these services are subjective.

4. Payments Payments are processed securely via myPOS in EUR. Access to the service or delivery of the reading will only occur after the payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery Policy Readings are typically delivered within [np. 48-72] hours to the email address provided during checkout. Energy Navigation is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email information provided by the customer.

6. Disclaimer Readings should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. You must be 18 years or older to purchase.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Dla usług cyfrowych)

1. No Refunds After Delivery In accordance with EU/Icelandic consumer law for digital content and personalized services: Once the reading or service has been delivered to your email, no refunds will be issued. The service is considered “consumed” at the moment of delivery.

2. Cancellations You may request a cancellation and a full refund only before the work on your reading has begun. Once the reading process has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Technical Issues If you do not receive your reading within the promised timeframe, please contact us at info.bluetifull@gmail.com  so we can resend the digital file.
