1. Nature of Our Services At Energy Navigation (https://energy-navigation.com/), we provide personalized digital services, including spiritual readings and energy guidance delivered via email. Due to the personalized and digital nature of these services, specific rules apply to refunds and cancellations.
2. Cancellation Before Delivery You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund only if the service has not yet been performed.

If work on your personalized reading has already begun, a cancellation may no longer be possible.
3. No Refunds After Delivery In accordance with European and Icelandic consumer protection laws regarding digital content and personalized services: Once the digital service (reading/guidance) has been delivered to your email address, it is considered “consumed” and is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds based on the subjective content or your personal interpretation of the spiritual guidance provided.
4. Technical Issues If you have paid for a service but have not received it within the promised timeframe (e.g., 72 hours), please check your SPAM folder and then contact us immediately. If a technical error occurred on our side, we will resend the service or offer a full refund if preferred.
5. How Refunds are Processed Approved refunds will be processed automatically via myPOS to the original credit/debit card used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
